The world is faced today with increasingly large and challenging scientific, engineering, economical and societal problems. Meanwhile, supercomputers are evolving at a rapid pace and adapting to model-driven as well as data-driven workloads. With the convergence of HPC and AI and the unprecedented growth in its applications, the KAUST Supercomputing Core Laboratory is thriving to maintain state-of-the-art facilities to adequately support the research needs of KAUST faculty, students, researchers and partners. After an overview of KAUST HPC and AI infrastructure, I will highlight the research support, training, collaboration and other services provided through the technical expertise of our core laboratories scientists.
