Solving for the frequency-domain scattered wavefield via physics-informed neural network (PINN) shows great potential in seismic modeling for its efficiency and flexibility. However, its application for high-frequency wavefield representation still has a long way to go. In this talk, I will discuss the challenges and introduce some of our recent progress to solve this problem and future research.
